Die Fachkräfte von morgen gewinnen

- 75 Unternehmen und Hochschulen präsentierten sich den Fachkräften von morgen
- Die STUZUBI stellt eine wichtige Säule für die Bildungsregion Landkreis Miesbach dar
Über 800 Besucher, 75 ausstellende Arbeitgeber und fünf Hochschulen – bei der Ausbildungsmesse des Landkreises hatten Schülerinnen und Schüler wieder die Möglichkeit sich auf ihre berufliche Zukunft vorzubereiten. Egal ob gewerblich-technisch, handwerklich oder kaufmännisch, Ausbildung oder Duales Studium – bei der STUZUBI waren alle Bereiche vertreten und für jeden etwas Passendes dabei.
Auf der einzigen landkreisweiten Ausbildungs- und Studienmessen in der Region konnten sich auch in diesem Jahr wieder Unternehmen aus der Umgebung den zukünftigen Nachwuchskräften präsentieren. Bei der 7. Ausbildungsmesse am 7. Oktober mit 75 Ausstellern – so vielen wie noch nie – konnten die Jugendlichen insbesondere regionale Unternehmen, Institutionen und Bildungseinrichtungen aller
Branchen, wie Technologie, Medizin, IT, Hotellerie und Tourismus, dem Handel, dem Automobilsektor sowie dem Handwerk persönlich kennen lernen.
In Kooperation mit der Regionalentwicklung Oberland (REO) und allen regionalen Schulen findet die STUZUBI, unter der Schirmherrschaft von Landrat Olaf von Löwis, schon zum siebten Mal im Waitzinger Keller in Miesbach statt. „Seit 2017 organisieren wir zusammen mit der STUZUBI die Ausbildungsmesse im Landkreis. Aufgrund der hohen Nachfrage haben wir die Zahl der Aussteller in diesem Jahr erhöht und ein zusätzliches Messezelt miteingeplant. Für die Arbeitgeber wird es immer wichtiger, gerade in Zeiten des Fachkräftemangels, sich bei den Jugendlichen persönlich vorzustellen. Für die Bildungsregion Landkreis Miesbach und für die Orientierung beim Übergang zwischen Schule und Beruf ist die Ausbildungsmesse bei uns somit unverzichtbar.“, so Johann Holzinger Projektmanager Ausbildung und Bildung bei der REO.
Die Unternehmen wissen, wie wichtig der persönliche Kontakt mit potenziellen Auszubildenen ist. „Wir als regionaler Arbeitgeber können uns es nicht leisten, nicht hier zu sein.“, meint Florian Gottstein von Mayr Druck in Miesbach. Doch auch für die Schülerinnen und Schüler ist die Veranstaltung eine gute Möglichkeit die vielfältigen Berufs- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in der Region kennen zu lernen.
Neben den regionalen Betrieben informierten auch öffentliche Institutionen wie das Finanzamt Miesbach, das Landratsamt Miesbach und das Staatliche Berufliche Schulzentrum Miesbach (BSZ) über Ausbildungsgänge und Berufswege. Für alle, die an einem Studium interessiert sind, stellten Hochschulen wie die Hochschule Rosenheim, die FH Kufstein und die Hochschule München ihre Studiengänge vor.
