Schülerworkshop in Holzkirchen: Unternehmertum hautnah erleben

- REO, SANDOZ und STARTUP TEENS starten Ideenworkshop für junge Gründer von morgen
Um die unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten von Schülerinnen und Schülern zu fördern, veranstaltet die Regionalentwicklung Oberland (REO) gemeinsam mit der Non-Profit-Initiative STARTUP TEENS und SANDOZ am 28. November in Holzkirchen einen Ideenworkshop. Ziel ist es, innovative Lösungen für zukünftige Herausforderungen zu entwickeln und in Geschäftsmodelle umzusetzen.
Gemeinsam mit STARTUP TEENS und SANDOZ bietet die REO Schülerinnen und Schülern am 28. November in Holzkirchen die Möglichkeit, ihre unternehmerischen Fähigkeiten in einem praxisnahen Ideenworkshop zu entwickeln. Ziel dieser Zusammenarbeit ist es, Jugendliche in der Region dabei zu unterstützen, innovative Lösungen für zukünftige Herausforderungen zu finden und diese in umsetzbare Geschäftsmodelle zu verwandeln.
Zusätzlich haben die Teilnehmenden die Gelegenheit, ihre Projekte direkt bei zwei spannenden Wettbewerben einzureichen: der Bayern Challenge 2025, die exklusiv für bayerische Schüler zwischen 14 und 19 Jahren ausgeschrieben ist und mit Preisgeldern von insgesamt 10.000 € aufwartet, sowie der nationalen Businessplan-Challenge 2025, bei der in sieben Kategorien jeweils 10.000 € Preisgeld an die besten Projekte vergeben werden.
Johann Holzinger, REO-Projektmanager Ausbildung und Bildung unterstreicht die Bedeutung solcher Initiativen: „Die Unterstützung der jungen Generation ist eine Investition in die Zukunft unserer Region. Wir sind stolz, neben unseren Ausbildungsprojekten auch Teil dieser Initiative sein zu können, die das Potenzial junger Talente entdeckt und fördert, um so langfristig zur Stärkung des Wirtschaftsstandorts beizutragen.“
Seit neun Jahren fördert STARTUP TEENS unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln bei Jugendlichen und kooperiert dabei mit starken Partnern wie dem bayerischen Wirtschaftsministerium. Ziel ist es, jungen Menschen unabhängig von ihrer schulischen Laufbahn oder ihrem sozialen Hintergrund die Chance zu geben, ihr Potenzial voll auszuschöpfen.
„Es ist immer wieder schön zu sehen, was für geniale Ideen Jugendliche entwickeln, wenn sie etwas gefunden haben, was sie begeistert und sie die richtigen Werkzeuge an die Hand bekommen”, erzählt Johanna Reichel, Projektmanagerin bei STARTUP TEENS. „Unsere Bayern-Tour vernetzt junge Talente regional mit Gründungszentren, damit sie vor Ort einen möglichst einfachen Zugang zu unternehmerischer Bildung bekommen, was wichtig für die Jugendlichen und die regionale Wirtschaft ist.”
